Design future-proof IT solutions with us as Security Service Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Cluj-Napoca.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Act as primary point of contact for customers in security service delivery
  • Lead service governance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual service reviews
  • Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and provide transparent performance reporting
  • Manage communication during security incidents and coordinate escalations with SOC/CDC
  • Clearly communicate root causes, impacts, and risks to stakeholders
  • Identify and drive service optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Align security services with customer requirements and business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Cyber Defense Center on incidents and service changes
  • Analyze threat hunting results and attack patterns (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK)
  • Translate technical findings into business-relevant insights and actionable recommendations

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Several years of experience in Security Operations or Security Service Management
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles and handling incidents and escalations
  • Solid knowledge of SIEM solutions (e.g. Microsoft Sentinel) and EDR/XDR tools (e.g. Microsoft Defender)
  • Strong understanding of security operations processes and incident handling
  • Analytical, structured approach with experience in KPI-driven service management
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear, business-oriented manner
  • Knowledge of hypothesis-driven threat hunting and MITRE ATT&CK framework
  • Capability to assess risks and derive concrete improvement measures
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL 4, CISSP, GCIH, Microsoft Security such as SC-200) are advantageous
  • Language skills: German (B2–C1) and English (B2)
