Design future-proof IT solutions with us as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d) at our location in Cluj-Napoca.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Consulting, implementation and/or Support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding)
  • Analysis and optimization of existing HR processes, including the development of best-practice solutions
  • Integration of SAP SuccessFactors into hybrid system landscapes (e.g., SAP HCM on-premise)
  • Configuration and customization of workflows, approval processes, and self-service functionalities
  • Training and support for key users and administrators,including assistance during go-live and hypercare phases
  • Contributing to innovations such as SAP Business AI,Joule, and emerging cloud technologies (BTP, Fiori)

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the SAP SuccessFactors environment
  • Knowledge and certificate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
  • More certificates in other SuccessFactors Modules is a plus
  • Industry experience in Retail/Wholesale, Production or Consumer Goods is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL and AMS processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to learn new technologies
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
