Design future-proof IT solutions with us as SAP HCM AMS Consultant (m/f/d) at our location in Cluj-Napoca.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Process-oriented application management support for our clients in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Incident Management, Request Fulfillment and Monitoring tasks
  • Support for rollouts, upgrades, and systemenhancements
  • Collaboration with adjacent SAP modules (e.g., Fi/Co)
  • Support of the team in contracted service hours
  • Documentation and quality assurance

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, BusinessAdministration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the SAP HCM environment
  • Industry experience in Retail/Wholesale, Production or Consumer Goods is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL and AMS processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to learn new technologies (e.g. SAPSuccessFactors or H4S4)
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
