YOUR TASKS:

  • Monitor, operate, and optimize business-critical IT systems within a 24/7 Service Operation Center.
  • Ensure the availability, stability, and security of the IT infrastructure.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  • Support the integration and administration of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
  • Work with network, virtualization, cloud, and security technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and improve IT operations.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, IT operations, or system administration.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  • Good understanding of networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, and IT security.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured working approach.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • German (B2) and English (B1/B2) language skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure Administrator are a plus.
