Design future-proof IT solutions with us as Fressnapf Support - Employee (m/f/d) in telephone support – Team Hungary at our location in Cluj-Napoca.
YOUR TASKS:
- Contact person for our corporate clients in case of questions regarding our IT applications/systems
- Acceptance of incident reports via telephone and email
- Preparation of error analyses and solutions together with our customers
- Documentation of requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and handover of complex problems to colleagues in 2nd level support
- Collaboration in increasing customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support in a family-oriented, international team

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Strong interest in IT technologies and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage
- The ability to maintain an overview and a high level of service orientation, even in stressful situations
- Very good communication skills as well as teamwork ability
- Good German and Hungarian language skills, both written and spoken, required
- Good English or Romanian language skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage
- Participation in shift work Mon–Sat (7:30 am–9:30 pm)
- Participation in on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7:30 am–9:30 pm)
