YOUR TASKS:

  • Contact person for our corporate clients if they have questions about our IT applications/systems
  • Handling incident reports via telephone and email
  • Developing error analyses and solutions together with our clients
  • Documenting requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and forwarding complex problems to colleagues in 2nd level support
  • Contributing to increasing customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support in a family-like, international team

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Strong interest in IT technologies and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage
  • Ability to maintain an overview and a high level of service orientation, even in stressful situations
  • Very good communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are required
  • Willingness to work shifts Monday–Saturday (7:30 AM – 9:30 PM)
  • Participation in on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7:30 AM – 9:30 PM)
