Design future-proof IT solutions with us as Account Manager (m/f/d) at our Hamburg location.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Strategic management and further development of our existing customer base in Germany.
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at decision-maker level.
  • Identifying cross- and up-selling opportunities and actively marketing our service portfolio.
  • Managing the entire sales process – from needs assessment and proposal creation to negotiations and contract closing.
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. Inside Sales, specialist departments, Delivery/Operations) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous monitoring of market and competitor developments, and deriving measures to strengthen customer retention and business growth.
  • Regular reporting on customer performance and revenue development.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Several years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, or Key Account Management – ideally in the IT services environment.
  • Proven success in building and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Strong customer and service orientation with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office.
  • German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level.
