YOUR TASKS:
- Advise existing and prospective customers on translating business requirements into IT solutions
- Gather and analyze specific requirements from the customer's business departments
- Develop holistic solution concepts aligned with business requirements and the customers' strategic objectives
- Analyze requirements and present the developed solution concepts to customers
- Respond to tenders and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for Cloud, Managed Services, and Outsourcing deals
- Analyze customers' technical requirements within existing or new IT environments
- Integrate Cloud technologies into customers' enterprise IT landscapes
- Act as a point of contact and trusted advisor for the Sales team

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Several years of experience in Presales and a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Comprehensive understanding of IT strategies and business challenges
- Ability to design and implement innovative topics such as AI and Analytics
- Experience in developing IT roadmaps and transformation strategies
- Confident communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of ITIL and experience in IT Service Management
- German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level
