YOUR TASKS:
- Advise existing and prospective customers on translating business requirements into IT solutions
- Gather specific requirements from the customer’s business departments
- Develop holistic solution concepts aligned with departmental requirements and customers’ strategic objectives
- Analyze requirements and present the developed solution concepts
- Respond to tenders and RFPs for Cloud, Managed Services, and Outsourcing deals
- Analyze technical customer requirements in existing or new environments
- Integrate cloud technologies into customers’ enterprise IT landscapes
- Act as a point of contact and support function for the Sales team

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Comprehensive understanding of IT strategies and customers’ business challenges (including transformation of existing IT landscapes as well as emerging topics such as AI and Analytics)
- Ability to translate these into concrete solutions and services, and to design IT roadmaps for customers with the goal of integrating individual measures into a holistic transformation
- Several years of experience in Presales and a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in engaging with different stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
- High level of initiative as well as a structured and reliable way of working
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of ITIL and experience in IT Service Management
- German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level
