YOUR TASKS:
- Strategically managing and further developing relationships with our key customers.
- Taking end-to-end ownership of the customer lifecycle – from onboarding and service introduction to long-term customer development.
- Advising customers at management and executive level on service-related and strategic matters.
- Ensuring high service quality and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and managing service levels, KPIs, and overall service performance.
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and transformation within services and processes.
- Collaborating closely with internal departments, technical teams, and external partners.
- Managing and supporting complex service, change, and transformation initiatives.
- Promoting a collaborative, solution-oriented, and customer-centric way of working.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Several years of professional experience in Service Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role within an IT or technology environment.
- Experience in strategic customer management and in leading complex service, change, or transformation projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value.
- Solid understanding of modern IT architectures, cloud and SaaS solutions, and common service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, DevOps).
- Proficiency in working with service metrics, SLA/XLA management, and data-driven service optimization.
- A high degree of initiative, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in dynamic, agile organizations.
- German language proficiency at C1 level and English language proficiency at B2 level.
