Design future-proof IT solutions with us as Senior Specialist Datacenter Infrastructure Services (m/f/d) at our Hamburg location.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Ensuring stable and highly available data center operations through maintenance, operational, and coordination tasks.
  • Operating and supporting building-services-related (TGA) applications while ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Analyzing maintenance and inspection results and deriving as well as implementing appropriate measures.
  • Managing and monitoring external service providers based on SLAs and KPIs.
  • Supporting housing and colocation customers, including infrastructure provisioning and assistance during service reviews.
  • Supporting the operation of IT hardware (servers, storage, network), including installation, cabling, and basic configuration.
  • Using and maintaining vendor tools (e.g., HPE, Dell, Lenovo), including lifecycle management.
  • Creating and evaluating operational and system reports for early error detection.
  • Participating in on-call duty within the data center environment.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an electronics technician (industrial engineering, building/services infrastructure technology) or IT specialist for system integration.
  • Experience in operating IT or data center infrastructures is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of server, storage, and network systems.
  • Ideally experience with vendor management tools and IT operations processes.
  • Structured, reliable working style with a strong service orientation.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
  • German language skills at C1 level.
