YOUR TASKS:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process for SAP transformation and implementation projects, from lead generation through to contract closure
- Identify and develop business opportunities with both new and existing customers in the manufacturing sector
- Position SAP solutions, including software licenses, as well as related services such as Application Management Services (AMS), optimizations, and enhancements
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on manufacturing processes and industry-specific challenges
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently, including lead generation, opportunity management, proposal development, negotiations, and closing
- Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to develop tailored customer solutions
- Continuously monitor market and competitive developments within the SAP and manufacturing landscape and derive effective sales strategies

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Several years of experience in selling SAP solutions, ideally within project-based and solution-oriented business
- Proven network within the German industrial mid-market, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing industry processes and business requirements
- Strong understanding of core SAP business processes, particularly in modules such as PP, QM, EWM, SCM, and/or PM
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- Structured, independent, and results-driven working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- Confident and persuasive communication skills with the ability to engage both technical experts and senior management
- Experience in selling SAP software licenses is an advantage
- German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level
