  • Manage qualified customer inquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and take ownership of the entire sales process through to successful deal closure
  • Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to acquire new customers
  • Build and develop your own sales pipeline across the Microsoft portfolio, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Voice, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric, while advancing opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with distribution partners, Microsoft, and other strategic partners
  • Support customers in analyzing business requirements and identifying innovative solution approaches
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies and service offerings
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system and prepare sales reports and performance analyses
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate new business leads

  • More than 5 years of experience in IT sales, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Strong affinity for cloud technologies, software solutions, and Microsoft 365
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, business, or related field
  • A strong and up-to-date network of decision-makers within customer organizations
  • Experience creating and preparing content for social media
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and solution-selling skills
  • A strong hunter mindset combined with outstanding networking abilities
  • Willingness to travel, primarily within Germany
  • German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level
