YOUR TASKS:

  • Take ownership of a designated Named Account List (NAL) or industry vertical and proactively acquire new corporate and enterprise customers
  • Focus on new customer acquisition by leveraging your own network and expanding strategic partnerships with key vendors such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and SAP
  • Build trusted relationships at C-level and identify, develop, and win strategic large-scale projects with contract values ranging from €1 million to €10 million
  • Position and sell the full q.beyond portfolio of solutions and services to both existing and prospective customers
  • Manage all sales activities, from the initial customer pitch and proposal development through to the successful handover to Key Account Management
  • Take responsibility for qualifying complex customer requirements and leading proposal and tender processes
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and all opportunities within the CRM system
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to support the further development of the company's portfolio in close collaboration with technical and portfolio teams
  • Prepare sales analyses, forecasts, and management reports

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Successfully completed degree or vocational qualification with a technical or business-related background
  • Several years of experience in IT sales, including a proven track record in acquiring large-scale new business projects with contract values of €1 million or more
  • Broad generalist IT knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Collaboration, Microsoft Azure, Managed Services, and SAP
  • Strong hunter mentality combined with excellent networking skills and the ability to drive customer and partner engagement
  • Well-established network of decision-makers across enterprise customers and strategic partners
  • German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level
