YOUR TASKS:

  • Design and implement authorization concepts for SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, GTS, and HCM
  • Perform technical role design, customization, and maintenance of existing SAP authorization concepts
  • Analyze and resolve authorization issues, identify root causes, and develop appropriate solution proposals
  • Conduct SAP security assessments and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict analyses
  • Implement SoD rule sets and ensure compliance with security and governance requirements
  • Advise and train customers as well as internal teams on SAP authorization and security topics
  • Contribute to SAP Security projects and take responsibility for work packages or sub-projects
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues within the SAP Security environment
  • Continuously optimize and enhance existing SAP Security solutions

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in SAP authorization and security management
  • Strong hands-on experience with PFCG, SUIM, and tools such as SAP GRC, SAP Identity Management (IdM), and Xiting XAMS
  • Experience implementing and managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) rule sets
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori authorizations and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements and audit standards
  • Ability to work independently and lead small project teams
  • German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B1 level
