YOUR TASKS:
- Advise our customers on the design, implementation and optimization of modern enterprise telephony solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Teams
- Plan and implement SIP trunk migrations
- Design, migrate and operate Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
- Plan and execute number range migrations and number porting
- Virtualize and operate SBC solutions, particularly in Microsoft Azure
- Plan and implement voice migrations in large enterprise environments
- Integrate analog devices, fax solutions, ATAs and other SIP-based systems
- Conduct customer workshops and presentations and support our presales team
- Plan and deliver end-user training in collaboration with training partners
- Support pilot projects through to successful rollout and ensure high user adoption

WHAT YOU BRING:
- A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in enterprise telephony and voice solutions
- Extensive knowledge of AudioCodes SBCs and T-Systems AnyNode, ideally complemented by experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- AudioCodes certifications are desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
- Knowledge of third-party solutions such as Nimbus, Luware or Landis
- Understanding of governance, security and compliance requirements in enterprise environments
- Experience in a consulting environment and direct customer interaction
- Knowledge of Cisco conferencing and media technology is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for modern Microsoft Teams and voice solutions
- German language proficiency at C1 level and English language proficiency at B2 level
