YOUR TASKS:

  • Strategically manage and further develop our existing customer base in Germany
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and actively promote our service portfolio
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from needs assessment and proposal preparation to negotiations and contract closure
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Inside Sales, specialist departments, Delivery/Operations) to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Continuously monitor market and competitor developments and derive measures to strengthen customer retention and business growth
  • Regularly report on customer and revenue development

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Several years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, or Key Account Management, ideally within an IT services environment
  • Proven track record in building and developing customer relationships
  • Strong customer and service orientation combined with a confident and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Structured, independent, and results-driven working style
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level
