YOUR TASKS:

  • Advise customers on and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Onboarding
  • Analyze and optimize existing HR processes while developing best-practice solutions
  • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors into hybrid system landscapes, including SAP HCM on-premise environments
  • Configure and customize workflows, approval processes, and employee self-service functionalities
  • Manage projects by coordinating teams and external service providers, preparing project reports, and monitoring budgets
  • Deliver training and support for key users and administrators, including Go-Live and Hypercare activities
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives involving SAP Business AI, Joule, and emerging cloud technologies such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Fiori

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least one module, preferably Employee Central
  • Proven experience in consulting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and their digital transformation
  • Experience with system integration and interfaces, particularly SAP HCM and cloud-based solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level
