Design future-proof IT solutions with us as SAP CX/AI Architect (m/f/d) at our Hamburg location.
YOUR TASKS:
- Advise new and existing customers on the design and implementation of solutions within the SAP Customer Experience (CX) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) landscape
- Analyze and optimize business processes while developing functional and technical solution architectures in the SAP CX and AI environment
- Design and implement integrated end-to-end solutions across the SAP system landscape
- Provide architecture consulting and support projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and support customer workshops

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in SAP consulting within the SAP Customer Experience (CX) environment, ideally with a focus on SAP CX Cloud solutions
- Solid knowledge of SAP system integration and experience implementing business scenarios on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Strong understanding of current SAP technologies, particularly SAP BTP and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- In-depth process knowledge within the retail and consumer goods industries
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level
