YOUR TASKS:

  • Application management support for our clients in SAP Authorization issues
  • Incident Management and Request Fulfillment
  • Support for rollouts, upgrades, and system enhancements
  • Support of the team in contracted service hours
  • Documentation and quality assurance

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the SAP Authorization environment
  • Authorization Knowledge in SAP ABAP, Fiori, Public Cloud and/or SuccessFactors
  • Tool Knowledge in Xiting /XAMS or IBS SchreiberCheckaud is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL and AMS processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to learn new technologies
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
