YOUR TASKS:
- Development and further evolution of a scalable, standardized service portfolio
- Design and development of portfolio agents for structuring, analysis, and documentation
- Translation of portfolio and business requirements into reusable agent patterns, workflows, and templates
- Design of a scalable architecture for orchestration, integration, and governance
- Integration of existing platforms and technologies (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, Open Source)
- Structuring and further development of portfolio areas and modular service components
- Identification of standardization, automation, and reuse potential
- Contribution to roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization (e.g., LPM / PI Planning)
- Close collaboration with portfolio leads, consulting, delivery, and sales
- Mediation between business, portfolio, and technology perspectives

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Several years of experience in the field of IT service, consulting, or product portfolios
- Experience in structuring, modularizing, and scaling services
- Strong understanding of standardized, reusable service models
- Ability to translate market and customer requirements into clear portfolio structures
- Practical experience with AI and automation solutions
- Knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs, RAG, data integration, as well as agent or workflow systems
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud architectures
- Strong interface competence between business, portfolio, and technology
- Structured, conceptual way of thinking with a strong focus on execution
- C1 level German language skills, B2 level English language skills
