YOUR TASKS:
- Independent planning, execution, and technical leadership of complex penetration tests and Red Team assessments.
- Technical responsibility for the quality, methodology, and continuous development of our penetration testing services.
- Further development of our proprietary Offensive Security platform (“Offense Cockpit”), which supports and increasingly automates the entire penetration testing lifecycle, from planning and execution to documentation, vulnerability assessment, and reporting.
- Active integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated testing methods to improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of our Offensive Security services.
- Analysis and assessment of identified vulnerabilities, attack paths, and their potential impact on our customers’ business processes.
- Preparation of high-quality penetration testing reports, executive summaries, and actionable recommendations for IT management, CISOs, and executive leadership.
- Presentation of complex technical findings and their business relevance to senior management and executive boards.
- Technical mentoring, coaching, and professional development of our Junior Penetration Testers, including quality assurance of their work and deliverables.
- Active contribution to the development of our Offensive Security portfolio, including the creation of new services and identification of additional business opportunities.
- Support for presales activities, customer workshops, proposal preparation, and the design of customized testing scenarios.
- Close collaboration with our Security Operations Center (SOC) on Purple Teaming activities and the continuous improvement of detection and response capabilities.
- Continuous evaluation of new attack techniques, technologies, and market trends, and integration of relevant innovations into our service portfolio.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Several years of professional experience in penetration testing and Offensive Security, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in areas such as network security, Active Directory, web applications, cloud security, and Red Teaming.
- Experience with common penetration testing tools, scripting, and automation.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in penetration testing, as well as in the development of innovative security solutions.
- Ability to translate technical vulnerabilities into business risks and actionable recommendations suitable for management audiences.
- Experience in preparing and presenting professional penetration testing reports and executive summaries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer orientation, and an interest in presales and business development.
- Enjoyment of providing technical leadership, coaching, and professional development to Junior Penetration Testers.
- High level of initiative, enthusiasm for innovation, and strong communication skills.
- Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, or OSWE are considered an advantage.
- At least C1 German and B2 English language skills.
