YOUR TASKS:

  • Integrate AI solutions into existing ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems to optimize end-to-end business processes across the entire value chain.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance AI-powered services to address specific business requirements and maximize customer value.
  • Develop standardized service descriptions, define structured service processes, and establish documentation guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Analyze and optimize customer business processes through workshops (remote and on-site), focusing on increasing efficiency, improving quality, and reducing costs.
  • Identify innovation opportunities throughout the value chain and develop and implement corresponding service concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and regulatory requirements, including standards such as ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, and GxP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer projects from initial concept through successful implementation.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • At least two years of professional experience as an ITSM Consultant, System Architect, or in a comparable role with a focus on IT Service Management and system integration.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and hands-on experience in the development or implementation of AI-based solutions.
  • Experience integrating IT systems in regulated environments and working with compliance and security requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, GxP).
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL-based IT Service Management processes, particularly Change, Incident, Problem, and Release Management, as well as experience with common ITSM tools.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and standardizing IT services and service integration concepts.
  • Good knowledge of modern cloud technologies and architectures, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Multi-Cloud, or SaaS environments.
  • ITIL certification or a comparable qualification is considered an advantage.
  • German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level.
