Bring your legal expertise to our IT contract management team and help shape legally compliant IT contracts as an In-house Counsel (m/f/d) at one of our locations:
- Hamburg
- Cologne
YOUR TASKS:
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all legal matters relating to our contracts and business relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, assessing, and commenting on customer and supplier contracts
- Negotiating contracts in close collaboration with internal business stakeholders
- Revising existing contract templates and General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) as well as drafting new templates
- Handling legal matters relating to competition and trademark law
- Advising internal stakeholders on civil law matters, with a particular focus on contract law

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Successfully completed Second German State Examination in Law (Second State Exam)
- Excellent knowledge of German civil law, particularly contract law and the law governing General Terms and Conditions (GTCs)
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, commenting on, and negotiating contracts
- A structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused way of working
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and understandable way
- German language proficiency at C1 level and English language proficiency at B2 level
