YOUR TASKS:
- Establish and strategically develop a new SAP Utilities practice at q.beyond
- Take responsibility for the functional, organizational, and commercial development of the practice
- Develop and implement a forward-looking SAP Utilities strategy
- Build and further develop teams, structures, and capabilities
- Shape and expand the service portfolio within the SAP Utilities environment
- Develop existing customer relationships and identify and acquire new business opportunities
- Take responsibility for the successful delivery of customer projects and the further development of delivery structures
- Work closely with the established SAP organization, comprising around 300 colleagues
- Represent the practice towards customers, partners, and the market

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Several years of experience in the SAP Utilities environment, ideally with SAP IS-U and/or SAP S/4HANA Utilities
- Several years of leadership experience in a practice leadership, department management, or comparable role
- In-depth knowledge of the processes and challenges of the energy and utilities sector
- Experience in building teams, business units, or consulting practices
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision
- Experience in business development and customer relationship management
- Confident appearance, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership capabilities
- Willingness to actively shape and sustainably develop a new practice
- German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level
