YOUR TASKS:
- Building and leading the new Managed Cloud Services department within the Cloud & Business Solutions division. The department delivers customized, customer-specific managed services in the cloud environment (currently Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS).
- Further developing the managed services portfolio by evolving from reactive operations to proactive, value-adding cloud services. Designing tailored solutions for customers in the public cloud environment (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365).
- Working closely with the Consulting & Engineering and Data & AI Solutions departments to drive cross-selling opportunities, ensure smooth transitions from project delivery into operations, and identify upselling potential within existing customer accounts.
- Acting as the interface to the Operate division by clearly distinguishing between standard and customized services, and defining and implementing effective handover processes.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience leading managed services teams or cloud operations teams, ideally within an IT services environment.
- Experience with ITIL processes, service level management, and operations tooling (monitoring, ticketing, automation, and AI).
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, and ideally AWS.
- German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level.
