YOUR TASKS:
- Own and continuously develop the HR systems landscape with a focus on rexx
- Analyze, optimize, and automate HR processes and workflows
- Design, maintain, and enhance HR reporting solutions and Power BI dashboards
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation technologies within HR, particularly Microsoft Copilot
- Lead HR technology, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure high-quality HR data and efficient end-to-end HR processes

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Several years of experience in HR Systems, HR Technology, HR Operations, or Process Excellence
- Strong experience with HR platforms such as rexx, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar systems
- Hands-on experience with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools, ideally Power BI
- Strong interest in digital transformation, automation, and artificial intelligence
- Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style with a proactive mindset
- German and English language skills at least B2 level, ideally C1
