YOUR TASKS:
As a Cyber Security Technology Consultant (m/f/d), you are the strategic partner
for our customers when it comes to introducing and optimising modern security solutions.
Your focus is on consulting and implementation in the plan and build phase, close
collaboration with our Cyber Defense Center (CDC), and the handover to operational IT.
- Strategic consulting: Supporting customers in selecting and planning tailored security solutions in the areas of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Vulnerability Management and SIEM.
- Plan & Build: Designing, implementing and integrating security solutions into existing IT infrastructures.
- Collaboration with the CDC/SOC: Close coordination with our Cyber Defense Center (CDC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure optimal operation of customer solutions.
- Handover to operations: Documenting and training the customer as well as handing over the implemented solutions to day-to-day operations.
- Support in proposal preparation: Providing technical consulting and developing concepts for proposal presentations and tenders.
- Technology expertise: Conducting proofs of concept (PoC), technical analyses and evaluating cyber security technologies.
- Customer training: Delivering training on the tools and processes used in order to strengthen our customers’ security capabilities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Solid knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Vulnerability Management, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Experience in planning and implementing security solutions.
- Practical experience in working with CDC/SOC teams.
- Experience in preparing technical proposals and supporting sales teams.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructures and network security.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way.
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC or comparable qualifications.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and Defender, CrowdStrike, Rapid7, Splunk or similar.
- Certifications in relevant security technologies and tools (e.g. Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Rapid7, Splunk).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management.
- C1 level German skills and B2 level English skills.
